Data Deletion

Assistly-AI respects your data rights and complies with applicable data protection regulations worldwide, including GDPR, CCPA, and Meta Platform requirements. You have the right to request deletion of your business data and any associated customer conversation data from our platform at any time.
Send a Deletion Request
Send an email to support@assistlyai.online with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request – Assistly-AI Account". Include your registered business name and the email address associated with your Assistly-AI account.
Provide Account Details
In your email, include your business name, the connected Meta account names or page names, and the specific data you want deleted (account data, conversation history, or all data).
Identity Verification
To protect your account security, we will verify your identity by sending a confirmation email to your registered address. You must respond to confirm the deletion request before processing begins.
Data Removed Within 30 Days
Once verified, active account data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days. Backup or system logs may retain anonymized data for up to 90 days for operational purposes before complete purging. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
Meta Platform Compliance
All data received via Meta APIs — including Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Messages, and WhatsApp — is deleted in accordance with both our policy and Meta's data deletion requirements. When you disconnect your Meta accounts from Assistly-AI, we immediately revoke all associated access tokens and schedule data for deletion. Deletion requests are prioritized and processed according to Meta Platform guidelines.
What data is deleted?
- Your business account information and profile data
- Conversation history from all connected channels
- AI training data and business information you provided
- Connected Meta account access tokens and identifiers
- Usage and analytics data associated with your account
- Billing records (subject to legal retention requirements)
Submit a Deletion Request
To request deletion, email support@assistlyai.online with the subject "Data Deletion Request – Assistly-AI Account". Our team will respond to verified requests within 30 days.
