Connected Meta Account Data
When you connect your Meta accounts (Facebook Pages, WhatsApp Business numbers, Instagram accounts), we receive access tokens and page identifiers required to interact with Meta's APIs on your behalf. We do not collect your personal Meta login credentials.
Messages Processed via API
In order to provide AI-powered automated responses, Assistly-AI processes incoming and outgoing messages through your connected channels. These messages are received via official Meta and WhatsApp Business APIs and are temporarily processed and stored to enable conversation continuity and AI training.
Usage Analytics
We collect anonymized usage data about how you interact with the Assistly-AI platform, including features used, pages visited, and performance metrics. This data is used solely to improve the platform experience.
